Chili

Yum.
1 pound ground beef
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 can black beans (rinsed off)
1 can tomato sauce
2 squirts of molasses (yeah, I know, this is a really scientific measurement system I've got going on)
garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and chili powder according to taste

Boil, simmer, top with cheese and sour cream if you like, and enjoy!
I added some baked veggies to mine, it was fantastic.
